​ABOUT US

The growing focus on natural and man-made disasters is increasing the level of interest in and need for qualified inspectors.  Blue Coast Consulting (BCC) is committed to ensuring that new construction and modernizations at our local Schools, Colleges and Medical Facilities are structurally safe and accessible to all.

Based out of San Diego County, BCC has continually grown in staff and services.  Our team of professionals pride themselves in providing above and beyond services, ensuring the highest standards in every project.  Our team-based approach allows us to promote continuous communication with the Owner, Design Professionals, Construction Managers, Contractors, Division of State Architect (DSA), and Office of Statewide Health and Planning and Development (OSHPD); keeping focus on the common goal of safety, schedule and conformance of the project requirements.

BCC has a staff of California state certified DSA, Special Inspection and OSHPD project inspectors that provide quality assurance inspection and are highly knowledgeable in Local Building Codes and Title 24 of the CA Building Code.  We provide continuous extended education and computer training to our staff, striving for the highest level of performance in inspection and documentation.
